The Oken Group ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through theokengroup.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact form, request more information about a listing, or take our "Find My Neighborhood" quiz, we collect what you submit -- typically your name, email address, phone number, and any message or preferences you share.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site -- pages viewed, time on site, general location (city-level), device and browser type, and referring website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.
Map and listings data. Our property map is powered by Google Maps, which may collect information in accordance with Google's own privacy policy when the map loads. If our MLS/IDX listings integration is active, property data displayed on the Site is supplied by the relevant Multiple Listing Service.
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and requests; provide information about listings, neighborhoods, and services you've asked about; improve the Site's content and performance; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage patterns. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some Site functionality but will not prevent you from browsing listings or contacting us.
The Site relies on third-party services to operate, including Google Analytics, Google Maps, and Netlify (our hosting and form-processing provider). These providers may collect information governed by their own privacy policies. Form submissions on this Site are processed through Netlify Forms.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may opt out of receiving communications from us at any time by replying to any message you receive or contacting us directly. You may also request that we delete personal information you've previously submitted, subject to any legal or recordkeeping requirements.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
