Delray's art district, murals, galleries, independent restaurants, and a monthly Art Walk. Bungalow homes and newer townhomes at prices below the Atlantic corridor. A hidden gem.
One of the most desirable residential areas in Delray. Wide, tree-shaded streets, larger lots, top-rated elementary school, and close to downtown without being in it. Consistently strong appreciation.
Waterfront neighborhood with Intracoastal access and private dockage. Boating community feel, well-maintained homes, strong demand from buyers who want water access in Delray.
